November is the beginning of the holiday season when everyone starts getting busy. Lets not forget to start the month off by honoring our Veterans on their day, November 11th. We thank all of those who have served our country! Many restaurants offer free or reduced prices for Veterans and most state parks offer free entry on that day. Visit Fort Pulaski in our area and make a fun day out of being outdoors in the “hopefully” fall weather! Savannah also hosts a Veterans Day parade.
