Coastline Concierge and Errand Services receive some questions more than others, so we have comprised a list of FAQS (frequently asked questions) to help our clients get answers as quickly as possible. What is Concierge Service?

Concierge Services are the solution to balancing work and home.  We can advise and help you arrange, plan or organize anything that you do not have the time or the patience to do yourself. We are a personal assistant, personal shopper, consultant, errand runner and event planner, and are capable of handling a wide array of tasks allowing our clients to enjoy more time to do the things they value most.

What makes Coastline Concierge and Errand Services different from other companies?

Coastline Concierge and Errand Services provide personalized services at affordable prices. We learn your preferences and are committed to making your life easier. Through our network of partners, we offer exclusive discounts that you otherwise wouldn’t receive.

Are materials, products, etc. included in the pricing?

The client is responsible for costs of all items purchased on their behalf and costs incurred while completing the task. Mileage charge applies after 20 miles.

Can I request a service that isn’t listed?

Yes, please feel free to contact us regarding any service that you may need. While we may not be able to provide the service, we might be able to point you toward someone that can. 

What are your payment terms?

Full payment is due upon completion of service. Some deposits and upfront costs may be required depending on the service.

What are your prices?

Prices are dependent on the services rendered. There is a 1-hour minimum.

Service Scheduling

How far in advance should I schedule my services?

Coastline Concierge and Errand Services request 24-hour advance notice prior to your need for service, but try to accommodate any and all requests.

Under what terms do you refuse service?

Coastline Concierge and Errand Services reserves the right to refuse service if we are requested to do anything that creates, promotes, or endorses anything that encourages hate, abuse or belittlement, of anyone based on race, religious belief, nationality, social class, gender, gender orientation, sexual orientation, creed, ethnic background, marital status, mental or physical condition/disability. We also reserve the right to refuse service for anything we feel is illegal or dangerous.

What are the cancellation terms?

ALL cancellations require a 24 hr notice or a $20 fee will be assessed. 

What form of payments do you accept?

We take most major credit cards, checks, cash, Paypal and Zelle.
Please note: There will be a $35 fee assessed for returned checks.
